The room is great especially when you travel with a big family group. The only things bother me during the stay are 1) noises, especially when we got there the first night it was Halloween so literally noises till late midnight 2) pillow and bed are too soft, but this really my personal preferences 3)

Sorry. Nothing stood out. 1) We had issues with our lights. Turning on and off on their own. 2) Housekeeping never came. We had to call and request even though we had the request call button on. The location of the hotel was phenomenal. Connected to the mall, close to a Publix, and many restaurants.

A perfect stay

Loved the 2 bed 2 bath residence! Plenty of room for me, my husband, our child and my mother. Everyone had space, comfort and privacy. The hotel is close to everything with a ton to do on site! Great staff too!

East is a gorgeous hotel with great location and access to all Brickell has to offer. Rooms are stunning, we had a residential suite one bedroom city view. Louder noise from cars on the city view side was a bit much at night so a higher view or bayside view would be our choice next stay but overall highly recommended.

The property was beautiful, and the location was very convenient to shopping. But the room noise was very loud because of the traffic below and maintenance people are slobs. We have a clogged toilet that clogged multiple times during our stay. Each time they sent somebody to plunge the toilet and left toilet water all over the bathroom floor. Also, the people who work at the restaurant are a bunch of rude disrespectful kids. And the Asian lady who was the manager, there couldn’t care less. It is such a pity that such a beautiful property is run so incompetently.
