Beautiful and spacious apartment with easy check-in/check-out and convenient parking. The location is also quite close to downtown, which is a plus. Suggestion for Management: For added security and peace of mind, it would be great if tenants could lock the door from the inside. Additionally, ensuring the gate remains locked would enhance overall safety.

It’s a great place to stay! It’s only a 10$ Lyft from anywhere you need to go! You could walk to brickell. It’s very nice and the buildings is prolly the best one on the block!

1 Parking free spot and easy on well lit street. A little noisy because of a busy street but we slept well so no bothering. Walking distance to little Havana. Cvs next door. Ver convenient. Could use extra cleaning in the bathroom and more towels, shower curtain could use a replacement as the current is at the end of life.
