"We came here with kids and chose this hotel because it looked attractive from the outside and is close to the beach. Unfortunately, everything was disappointing from the very beginning. There was no proper parking available — we had to pay $43 for valet parking, and it wasn’t even clear where our car was being taken. We also had to wait about 40 minutes to check in, with only two receptionists working very slowly. The pool was dirty, with a lot of hair, some feathers, and what looked like mold on the bottom. It was also very noisy at night. We went to bed around 10 PM, but loud music from the bar kept playing. We had to leave the air conditioner on all night just to block out the noise."

"Rooms were moldy. Lamp shades had mold too.Bathrooms were small and toilet was clogged. We came out with rash all over our body. Air quality in rooms were poor. Windows were not not able to open. Location was awesome!"

"Nice hotel, great location! I guess the suitability and how busy the pool area gets depends on the time of year. We were there pre spring break first week of March and the pool was accessible easily and the hotel was generally quiet. One block from Ocean drive it's so well located. Also check the News Cafe, part of the hotel and comes with discount!"

"Front desk staff was amazing and accommodating. Friendly, great location walking distance to beach, stores, food establishments and ocean drive. Would definitely stay again ;)"
