The room was really clean, the art deco vibe was fabulous and the restaurants and staff were delicious and amazing. However the beds were so uncomfortable. You could feel the mattress springs. Would stay here again but hope the beds would be a little more plush.

The service was just ok. Upon arrival, there wasn’t a place to store luggage so we had to bring our bags to go get food. The room was nice, but it was hard to get the TV to work and there was no place to hang towels in the bathroom. The location is great as it is a short walk to the beach.

From the moment we arrived, the experience was frustrating. There was no proper space to pull over and unload our luggage, and the valet staff standing outside literally saw us and then turned around and walked back into the hotel without helping us at all. When we finally checked in at the front desk, we were told that parking is run by a completely different company. Only after checking in were we sent to another location to pay an extra $43 for parking. On top of that, we were told to park the car ourselves first, and then they would take over. This whole process was extremely confusing and poorly handled. The service was honestly unbelievable. It got even worse when we were leaving. We waited an hour and a half just to get our car back. No explanation, no updates. I honestly have no idea what they were doing with guests’ cars. We almost missed our flight because of this. Absolutely unacceptable. I will never stay here again. Be warned.

Was very affordable, however, was not greeted did not feel very welcome. The valet was rude and was on FaceTime with a female the entire time I was there did not help me carry my luggage in when I asked him for my vehicle. He would look at me and say one second and then continue to stay on the phone and then would disappear in my car. Would show up like 30 minutes later. The rooms were also very high and my AC unit on my wall, kept shutting off, woke up in sweats just a fitted sheet and a blanket as a comforter, not quite sure about that and then to top everything all off, I went to take a shower in the morning and I was standing in about 4 inches of water, including all the dirt that I had just washed my body because the drain wasn’t working. Both pools were closed when I got there and there are elevators.

When we first entered the room, there was a weird musty smell of mold. It was very bad hospitality. The front desk did not treat us well at all. We asked for a manager she came out and showed us three other rooms that had the same exact smell, and it was not safe for me or my mom.

Great location near the beach and shopping, with vibrant surroundings. Rooms felt cozy, staff was approachable, and the overall atmosphere balanced energy and comfort perfectly during our stay there together.

The t.v was out I had to use my mobile hotspot on my cellular phone and pay for it the sheets was dirty … the heat didn’t work I had to sleep with all my clothes on and a coat and I was still freezing I couldn’t reach nobody at front desk I had a horrible stay and it was very uncomfortable I will never ever go back

Not as I expected conditions of repairs shown everywhere in the room & loud noises of refurbishing being completed at evening hours was not the greatest. Wasn’t terrible wasn’t great. Worked for my one night stay.

Convenient location for the price but that’s about it. No parking and the valet service was awful. Was told to call or text a number 10-15 minutes before we needed the car so it would be available. Nobody ever answered. Also had to circle around the block multiple times to be able to even pull in a parking space for the valet to receive the car because we were told we couldn’t pull up on the properties sidewalk because we would get a ticket. Our room was right next to the noisy bar that you could hear and the Room was not very clean either.

Staff was amazing, shout-out to Minerva the rooftop bartender, Concierge Barbie for all her help she was the best and to Anthony who just started at the hotel. Hotel room was cleaned, the food was outstanding as well. Recommend 5 stars.

The room was outdated and musty with terrible air circulation. There was no door or ventilation in the shower and the bathroom flooded anytime you tried to use the shower. The TV did not work, there was only one small garbage can in the room. The waitstaff was rude and unhelpful. We were unable to store our luggage while waiting for our flight as well as when while waiting for our room to be ready. The rooftop pool was closed the entire weekend without any prior notice. Would not stay here again and would nit recommend.
