"Room was falling apart, toilet leak and had a puddle behind toilet. Room looked almost nothing like what they show"

"No view just another building so had blind down most of the way. Breakfast at sister hotel not the greatest not much choice and cramped seating, what was served was passable. Staff friendly and helpful. Our room was a bit tired bathroom door didn’t operate properly but bathroom decent, blind a bit stiff to open."

"First of all the place is beautiful and it's a great location. The restaurant in front is delicious. The room was clean but it had that "landlord special" level of updates in the room. However when we're stayed it seemed like everything was broken or under repair. Elevator was broken. Cable TV broken. Light on fan broken. One bulb out in the bathroom. Several sitting areas in the lobby and courtyard were roped off and undergoing repairs (I assume, didn't see anything happening when I was there). We were not able to get into our room until an hour and a half after we were supposed to bc it hadn't been cleaned yet. We had left our luggage there earlier and tried to call and check if our room was ready but no one answered the phone. We returned to the hotel thinking it room would be ready by the assigned time and it still was not. Beautiful property though. Hopefully they can get it together a bit. "

"It was decent, good location. Housekeeping very nice and helpful., Not as advertised, happy hour was a watered down premix in a Dixie cup which I couldn’t even drink. Advertises do on pool deck. There was no DJ there on Saturday when I went up there., after I returned home received a $48 charge on my card. When I called to inquire I finally was able to contact a person after calling 10 times. They were not able to help me, directed me to contact manager who has not responded after 6 days.. "
