"Was heavily dissatisfied as this was my first time coming to your hotel with high expectations I found that the main pool was under construction which was not listed anywhere on Expedia. Also, I have 15 pigeons surrounding my 1 year old daughter trying to take her food everyday we were out by the small pool areas. I would like to continue business with you and if there’s anything you can do it would be appreciated to make this not feel like such a disappointment. "
"Great Hotel with breakfast included and close to everything in Miami Beach (5 minutes walk from the Beach). Awesome hotel staff very friendly and accommodating. Specially Henry at the front Desk, thank you!!! We will be back for sure! "
