The location of the hotel is really nice, walking distance to Art Deco District and beach, but parking is inconvenient. Once you parked there, your key will be taken away and if you need to use the car or take anything from the car, you need to give notice to the receptionist 20 mins prior to scheduled time. I found it quite inconvenient, especially you need to pay 35 dollars for overnight parking. But of course, this is south beach. The room is smaller than it shows in Expedia, clean and tidy, but nothing else, a bit below my expectation.

Not a 8.6 rating hotel. All the staff were helpful and nice! Be mindful that there's no elevator to the first floor that has 6 steps to get into. Shower wall and curtain has mold and doesn't have a strong central fan to get the steam out. Some of the rooms have the exterior wall view of the adjacent buildings and was not mentioned in the expedia website. The AC is a wall unit and makes noise when turn on while on Auto/Eco mode. Rooms are small however the bedding was clean and comfortable. The area is really fun with lots of dinning options and very close to the beach.

Staff is excellent. Friendly and helpful. Location is excellent. Beach is a couple of blocks away, about 5 to 10 minutes away. Restaurant that is attached to the Kent is very good. Lot's of other restaurants around. Safe location. Smaller rooms as this is an older hotel, but it has been totally renovated. My family and I would stay here again.

Location location location…this hotel is right in the heart of South Beach. You have the boardwalk, beach, art deco hotels, and tons of restaurants all around. We were only supposed to stay one night for a layover, but due to illness with one family member, we ended up staying four nights during Christmas. Magnus, Anthony, Josh, Christopher at the front desk were amazing and so friendly and accommodating to our ever evolving needs. The room was very clean and I would return without hesitation.

Josh was so willing to help and super friendly. This hotel has the cleanest and best towels and sheets. Beds were comfy. Rooms are small but the tv is large, so that makes it a wash I’d say! Music is pretty loud from next door. But hey, this is South Beach after all!

Dieses Hotel bietet ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Es ist gemütlich und in gutem Zustand. Das Badezimmer ist modern eingerichtet und sauber, die Betten komfortabel. Bequem zu Fuss erreichbar sind der Strand, die Buslinie 100 nach Downtown und grosse Supermärkte wie WholeFoods und Publix. Die Lage könnte nicht zentraler am South Beach sein, zwischen Bars und Restaurants. Trotzdem sind die Zimmer ruhig. Das Team ist rund um die Uhr erreichbar, immer gut gelaunt und sehr hilfreich. Ein Computer mit Drucker steht zur Verfügung, z.B. für Bordkarten. Ans Hotel ist auch ein gemütliches Restaurant mit ordentlichem Frühstück angeschlossen. Wir haben uns zu zweit eine Woche lang rundum wohl und vor allem sicher gefühlt. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wes was wonderful at front desk. Breakfast was not free but great price and excellent. Room is good but on front of hotel. Good for seeing the action but the base speaker noise pumped till midnight from the restaurant on the side of the hotel.

Hotel staff was amazing and accommodating to our needs for our one night stay. The shuttle advertised at the front desk is not included and third party for those interested in using this hotel prior to cruising. Breakfast is not included in the hotel. There are many restaurants in the area however we had breakfast at the linked restaurant to the hotel as it was advertised 20% off for hotel guests. It was not honoured even when the server asked the manager. I would have considered eating at another restaurant however disappointed being misled.
