Very good location with lots of bars and Restaurants in the street and a very scenic rooftop bar. Nice but small rooms (at least the one we had). Only a few minutes walk to the beach. We received a welcome drink which was nice.

Room was very small and looking tired, needs refurbishing, great location, staff helpful, arrived from cruise very early, check in staff sorted a room for us which was great as it allowed us to explore Ocean drive and enjoy the day.
