「L’hôtel est globalement très bien. En revanche, notre expérience avec le transport a été extrêmement décevante. Nous avions demandé un taxi pour 18h, mais avons dû attendre 30 minutes, ce qui nous a mis en retard. De plus, il ne s’agissait manifestement pas d’un taxi officiel, mais plutôt d’un VTC. Le tarif appliqué était totalement excessif : 88 € pour un trajet entre Miami Beach et l’aéroport international, soit environ le double du prix habituel. Il est inacceptable qu’un établissement...

「Room was not properly cleaned prior to stay, and we found a chewed up piece of gum on the lid of the ice bucket. The front desk was immediately called with the complaint, and we were told that housekeeping had already left, and we would have to deal with it for the night. In the morning when housekeeping came, they simply made the beds and once again did not clean the gum we reported, nor replaced the dirty ice bucket. 「I spent 3 days and was amazing, the location was incredible, the room beautiful, air conditioned and elevator worked and was good, the only problem is that they gibe you chairs for the beach and then they force you to pay for umbrella, I would rather dont have anything but the sneaky way the umbrella people worked was not good. But to be honest I would go back to that hotel many many more times, it was as beautiful as it was on the pictures and more.」
