It's not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel. it seems to me that they care about making the most money possible, and cutting costs wherever possible. Which for me, it felt like it sacrifices the experience for the person paying for a room.
The location is nice. The room quality seems a bit dated, and some maintenance was needed.
The amenities were not good for what you except in such rated hotel. I don't know if it's a Miami standard, but I have seen better options. . No coffee, tea which is typically bare minimum from what I'm use to having. Toilet paper seems to be as cheap as possible. They do offer two basic water bottle so that's something.
Finally, the loud noise from the street. Particular during the weekend. It's not for everyone.
