Small dustbin only in toilet not emptied next day. no hairdryer even on request. hardly any furniture, bed mattress sinking down. Only the staff specially Magda was good. I should get a 50% refund Expedia I am your regular customer. In 32 years in North Canada worst stay at what I paid. Even motels are better. Both night people on top floor...

「This was the worst hotel experience I've had in all my travels. I had registered as a member in the hotel's app and selected room 1813 on the 18th floor a day in advance. The room was available at the time, and the number was very meaningful to us. But when we arrived at the hotel, the front desk told us that someone had already checked in and arranged for us to go to a room on the 5th floor facing the street. The room was not well soundproofed and was noisy all night long. We didn't sleep well...
