「When we arrived, we had to wait for about five minutes for an attendant at the front desk to get checked in.We had a fire alarm go off twice in the middle of the night when staying there the night before our cruise. Also, the paint was chipping off on the ceiling in the bathroom, and there were some stuff that look like mold on the ceiling.」

「This was the worst hotel experience I've had in all my travels. I had registered as a member in the hotel's app and selected room 1813 on the 18th floor a day in advance. The room was available at the time, and the number was very meaningful to us. But when we arrived at the hotel, the front desk told us that someone had already checked in and arranged for us to go to a room on the 5th floor facing the street. The room was not well soundproofed and was noisy all night long. We didn't sleep well...
