"Prime location, walking distance to many restaurants/shops/bars/beach. Older hotel with decent upkeep. Neighbouring hotel pool access is a great amenity. No hotel parking, but access to valet parking that was supposed to be $35/night (as per email received the night before check-in), but at the hotel it was actually $50/night… which is fairly steep and poor customer service. I addressed this concern via email with the hotel, but never received a reply. We suffered a 5-hour power outage (only a handful of buildings, caused by construction incident) and were kept in the dark (litterally) as to when power may be coming back on. Lines of communication could definitely be improved."

"The elevators were broken down for weeks.The room telephone in the room wasn't working.The WIFI wasn't working.The room smelled like bleach.It was a terrible experience.The hotel is out dated and needs renovation.Management is terrible!I'll never stay at this hotel again."

"Staff was amazing. We stayed in the one bedroom penthouse. It was spacious and recently updated with a huge terrace/patio. The stucco on the terrace is very old. The view from the room and the terrace is a really beautiful ocean and palm tree view from a distance. You do get a little noise from the roof deck but it’s easy to manage. You may need to go up there and ask people to be conscious of the roof/ceiling below. This is a great Airbnb alternative. Doesn’t really have the amenities of a higher end hotel. The lobby is small, the roof deck / pool area is functional but not luxurious. That being said, if the most important thing to you is the space of the room and the view, the Bentley is a great option. "
