"Our room was long overdue for a refresh in the decor, fixtures, window treatments and furnishings and the valet parking service was one of the least convenient and most confusing systems we've ever encountered. Spring break and the city's decision to prohibit valet drop-off at the front of the hotel was probably the biggest factor in the valet issue but the hotel could have done a better job of informing guests. "

"The staff were all great. We weren’t feeling the greatest and the staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable while the room was being made ready. The room was clean, comfortable bed, complimentary happy hour drinks. The only issue was the shower. There was no pressure and we couldn’t figure out how to fix the water temperature. "
