1 Hotel successfully did their job to make 1 Hotel from my No.1 dream hotel to No.1 nightmare hotel.
Me and my family were big 1 Hotel fans and this’s our 3rd time here. The wonderful previous experiences brought us back to Miami for 1 Hotel, and I’ve told all my family and friends to stay in 1 Hotel when they’re in Miami.
Here’s what happened put all of us down:
1.The front desk gave me hard time on checking in. They gave me room 304 to see only rooftop pipes and when I asked to switch, the manager came with no smile and didn’t help with anything.
2.A room eventually ready for me around 4pm with Sand Box manager’s help, otherwise I might had to wait for ever.
3.The 4hour-waiting-room 219 has eyelashes and hair from the previous guests. Also a not working tap water station and disfunction lights.
4.I told the GM about the check in problems,the leftovers and the disfunction lights, but all these problems were still with me for the entire stay. The lights automatically turned on 2-3 times every midnight to early morning and made the good night sleep the most luxury thing at this luxury hotel.
5.No room services for the stay until I contacted the manager many times. But they’re good at rushing me out 3 hours before my check out time.
7.The complimentary car service driver had no greeting, no smile, no help with my handicapped mom’s walker, an Uber driver could even done a better job
