"I stayed with my daughter for 6 nights and the hotel offered bus reservation for all Universal resorts. The location and amenities were very convenient for traveling, eating out and shopping. While we stayed, however, the hotel elevators in the tower stopped working for a short period and the doors to the stairs were all locked. Breakfast portion was small and came with a bottle of juice or water."

"We absolutely loved our stay. Everyone was extremely kind and friendly every single day! The water park was awesome and lots to do. We went swimming twice a day, except for the day we went to SeaWorld. Beautiful resort and we will definitely stay again. We got groceries at a near by Walmart. The room has limited pans to cook with and there wasn't a spatula in our room to flip our eggs, but we never asked to try and get one either as it wasn't that important to us. We made ends meet. We also had one blind not working, but again, not important to us, so we didn't want to bother staff as we didn't use that door to go out onto the balcony. I simply reported it when we checked out. The staff are so busy and simple little things wasn't a big deal to bother them. Our room was extremely comfortable. We had a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom and each and every one of my family members loved it! We utilized the washer and dryer every single day and that was such a blessing! The same as the dishwasher!!!! Again, I highly recommend this resort! It's beautiful and relaxing and everyone, including other travelers were super friendly!!!!"

"The staff were amazing. I wish I had known sections were under renovation. The bathrooms in the communal areas were insufficient and one was out of order. The bathrooms also were out of paper towels and other supplies. The room with 3 beds was great and the location can't be beat with a 15 min walk to security entrance for universal."

"Greetings everything was clean and the staff was helpful. Breakfast was horrible, cold and overpriced. The lazy river wasn't so clean. I originally booked a family suite through expedia.com, once I noticed we weren't in the right room I had to pay extra $90. Also for the pool you can either rent or purchase the floating tubes"
