「Room hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived. Ac was controlled by them. Was only given a half a roll of toilet paper for 3 people 3 day 2 night stay. No smoke detector. Kitchenette was just standing fridge with microwave on top of it. No coffee maker or supplies for coffee」

「Room Was clean but the air conditioning in the bedroom did not get very cool. Staff was friendly but the only two things I had an issue with was coming in my room after being asked and putting a “Do not clean room” sign on my door, room service still came in and took all of our towels but didn’t leave any new ones. Also, we had coral and sea shells on the balcony drying out and “someone” took all but one.」

「I stay at the suites (Luxury Condo), which is very comfortable and have more space for us to spend, just like at home, everything seems very good. Good service, only one thing that we are not that happy is the suites building is a bit far away from the main building. And the swimming pool, food court, spa….etc are all in the main building, we need to take the golf cart to the main building, which is a little bit inconvenient for us.
