「The room was spotless when we first arrived. 6 beach towels were provided and 4 regular bath towels. Full kitchen was nice. The pool was well taken care of. A wagon with chairs, umbrella and cooler was provided for going to the beach that was a 3 minutes walk away. The owner was very nice over the phone, responded to my texts quick and was very pleasant in person. 」

「It is a very nice property! Very well located. Clean and very new. The only thing that I personally did not like is that the breakfast is an specific menu with no room to pick what you will like. And having picky eaters is kind of complicated. Everything else was great!」

「very very good」

「This place is the perfect spot if you want to get away and not be bothered.. The pool is awesome and the rooms are clean and each room has its own theme. we rented the electric bikes and rode the bike trail that takes you straight to Casperin Beach which is absolutely beautiful on the way to the beach we spotted turtles and iguanas. It was a nice ride. Made me feel like I was going through my second childhood lol the people that run the place are so sweet and will go out of their way to help...

「Very pleasant stay」

「Tim was nice. Called my room to see if every was good. I called down to front desk just before 8pm because my room was freezing and I couldn't get the air conditioner to go up to 71. Isaiah (Isaac?) from mtce came up to get it to 71 degrees for me. Very thankful you had mtce there on a Saturday. Lady at front desk on second shift and lady bartender were very nice. 」

「This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.」
