I received a voice message stating that the king room I had reserved was not available and could I be "upgraded" to two queen beds. My call back was dropped three times. When I did speak to someone, I did get the king that I had originally requested. Facilities were adequate...Room was clean. The hot breakfast was a waffle iron. WiFi dropped internet in the evening. Remote check-in, check-out was "interesting"

Need to add some protein. Hard boiled eggs would’ve been a nice option or even some sausage links. It’s advertised as a deluxe breakfast and it was far from deluxe! Room was nice and clean. Smelled like marijuana in the hallways a few times. Very hard to understand the people on the virtual check in and check out. Very frustrating.

Terrific price for being so close to siesta key beach! I would definitely stay here again.There wasn't anything that I was concerned about. The pool was very clean and the rooms were nice. The Check-in process was new to me as they do it via a kiosk with an image of the person checking you in on a screen on the other end but it was easy.

Found towels and pillow cases dirty or maybe stained not sure the ceiling looked like it had a water filtration and it was patched up but not painted and finished Breakfast was only coffee yogurt muffins and waffle Beds were comfortable and overall clean Didn’t like that there is no one in the front desk. It was in a great location. Checking in was weird. There are no employees that are at the front desk. You check in with someone in a remote location via a screen. It was strange. The place overall seemed a little run down. Our room was clean and comfy though.

The automated kiosk instead of front desk staff worked smoothly, but I would prefer an actual person. The complimentary breakfast was adequate, not great. The pool was adequately clean, not great. There was a large water damage hole in the bathroom ceiling that didn’t affect anything other than visual aesthetics. Cleanliness was excellent
