Luxury condo feel’s resort

I stay at the suites (Luxury Condo), which is very comfortable and have more space for us to spend, just like at home, everything seems very good. Good service, only one thing that we are not that happy is the suites building is a bit far away from the main building. And the swimming pool, food court, spa….etc are all in the main building, we need to take the golf cart to the main building, which is a little bit inconvenient for us. Other than that, everything is okay for us. I would recommend this resort to my friends, and next time, I would still stay in this hotel.

Check in was quick and smooth, room was very nice and clean. Pool bars were under staffed our first day. Wait time sitting at the bar for drinks was 10-15 minutes and staff was busy just not enough to keep up with demand. Heard similar complaints from other guests during our stay. Other than that we found out that the Sports Bar was closed Tuesday & Wednesday which was a major disappointment after hanging there Monday night. Again staffing issues? For a resort there is no entertainment even for adults or children. Can only hang in the pool for so long. Only music at night was guitar guy at tiki with dinner music. Tuesday there was only 1 sit down restaurant open - Tiki. For a couple, would like to have another dinner option other than uber to somewhere else. Basically if you want to promote this place as a Resort- things need to be added.

Pools were great. Like most places these days, felt understaffed. But the staff that was there was capable and responsive. Bars close a bit early for a resort, probably due to staffing. Rooms were big, modern and clean. It was close to family in Punta Gorda. Will try again.

Beautiful resort very welcoming you come in. The food courts had a lot of options. The pool area was amazing both areas. The staff was not amazing. Shorthanded seem bothered and not welcoming. The restaurants were very shorthanded. They ran out of food and again they were very bothered when you had to order food or ask for something. The resort is amazing. The staff not so much. The bedroom did not have room darkening just to pull down shade or light and still come through. The end of my trip the final bill was all inaccurate and I had to prove myself that it was not my bill I had receipts. None of my bill was correct and they couldn’t fix it and I waited and wasted 40 minutes.

Housekeeping very unresponsive and seemingly random on when they serviced room. We ran out of clean towels and toilet paper before we finally got someone to our room.

Our stay was good. However, the day we were checking out, we went to use the restroom on the first floor near the store and a piece of ceiling tile with a light in it, fell from the ceiling and hit my girlfriend in the face. We had an outstanding stay at Sunseeker Resort! ☀️ The views of the water were absolutely beautiful and the entire property felt brand new, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The pools and outdoor spaces were perfect for relaxing and soaking up the Florida sunshine, and there were plenty of great dining options right on site. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived, making the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for a place to unwind, enjoy great food, and take in amazing waterfront views, Sunseeker is definitely worth the visit. We can’t wait to come back! 🌴🌊

This place is amazing! You don’t have to even leave the property as food and drink options. Pool area was fabulous! Rooms were spacious. Only thing was a smell like garbage or maybe the bay but only in certain areas ( outside by bay and in parking garage). Looking forward to staying here again!

The Sunseeker resort was fantastic. The resort is very clean, the staff went out of their way to help us when needed, and they were very professional and friendly. The place is kept very clean. The rooms are amazingly quiet. We never heard anything or anyone outside. The pool is huge and beautiful. We never had trouble getting a lounger around the pool. The rooftop pool is beyond words. Peaceful, fantastic views, and great service. What a fantastic vacation.

The property is overall is Nice, however we had several issues at this property that does not merit the price. First the room was not fully equipped with Towels for the four occupants and necessities as well. We had to call housekeeping all 5 days we were there. Housekeeping came only twice during our stay. Secondly, we got stuck on the elevator on our second day & had the fire alarm pulled at 8:30am. Also, we bought a package for FREE BREAKFAST & Parking and we were charged. After escalating this issue to manager and showing the email confirmation they credited us for parking and partial breakfast.

I would have given 5 stars if not for valet parking . Waited for almost an hour for my car , followed up 3times with the valet staff , and all he kept on saying was “it is coming in couple of minutes” . Apparently, the ticket got lost or misplaced. Unbelievable.. Very disappointed .

This was my third time staying at the hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my previous visits—and that’s not to say I didn’t enjoy myself this time around—but the staff seems to be either working under excessive stress or something else is going on, because they aren't pleasant at all. I don't mean to imply that *everyone* was like this, but at the pool bar—quite apart from the fact that the line to get a drink is incredibly long—the gentleman who served us was not pleasant in the slightest. And in the hotel lobby, at the ice cream shop, the attendant couldn't even bring herself to make eye contact or say good morning.

The airport shuttle wasn't available at the time of our stay, which was the one of the main reasons for booking this resort. Didn't find out til the day before departure, upon placing a call to the resort to confirm shuttle, and was given a couple other options one being not available and the other outrageously expensive. Ended up booking an Uber the day before that was over 30minutes out when arriveing at the airport, had to cancel and rebook another driver, and was charged a cancelation fee by Uber, as we had time constraints for arrival to t j e resort for check-in by 1am
