This place is a huge dive and totally overpriced. It looks nothing like it does on the website- the property is old and in bad shape. When I arrived I couldn't believe what I paid to stay at this place and felt totally ripped off. The live music played on the property blared in my room until late at night. There is not even a front desk. As I arrived just after 11:00 PM I had to find the security guard in the very loud and busy bar to get my room key. The elevator was broken. I had to drag my bag to the second floor to my dingy room. Housekeeping did not come for three days until I found someone to complain to. The only positive is proximity to the beach, but this does not outweigh the negatives and the heavy price tag.

The Bathroom constantly smelled of Urine. We complained but the cleaning of it seemed to make it worse. The towels were old as was the furniture, so old, they must have picked it from the street after it was thrown out. The floors were filthy to the point I threw my slippers and my husband socks out. The parking was awful!!! If you did get a space you were lucky. The hotel needs a major renovation. There were no amenities, No shampoo/soap/conditioner. I dare use the coffee pot. The fridge was dirty. The cost of the room was ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH IT!!!

Our 2-bedroom unit was dirty and in very in very poor condition. The floors were cracked in more places than I could count. One of the bedrooms had no window! The window in the other bedroom was rusty, rotting, cracked and disgusting. At best, suitable for drunk spring breakers.

Our room ys near the Tiki Bar. Tiki bar music blair until midnight every night. No room cleaning service daily. Only when you check out. Have to go to office for toilet paper, Clean towels and coffee because room service doesn't clean the rooms. The floors are fifty. Stepped in shower and the bottom of my feet are dirty in the shower. The front desk at night has no support to address guests needs. You are on your own to go to the front desk person which can't do anything except sit out side smoking, hand out towels, coffee and toilet paper. We have a group of 16 staying at an average of $1000 per couple or $8,000. None of us are satisfied with the room service or quality of accommodation. The Tiki bar was fun, had good service, fair food, good music but you need to let people know the band or DJ goes to midnight. Can't go to sleep before midnight.

Yes it has like mini apartment bed room king size bed. Staff was very professional, answer all questions. Showed us were our room was. Tiki bar very nice bartender. John was a very good bartender, food was good. They us a map were to go around town in fort Myers, We went to Perry’s bar, awesome Pizza the we had a upside down pizza, cheese is on the bottom and sauce on top again awesome. Richie G

I had to call for our towels was told they would let the housekeeping now, four hours later, still no towels, had to call again in the late afternoon finally tracked down somebody walking around and they brought us towels and toilet paper. They did not do what they were supposed to as far as coming every day to empty the garbage. For the four days I was there. I had to keep calling and requesting the towels to be exchanged other than that the place was nice. The food was good at the tiki and good entertainment poles were clean.

The staff was fine here but the pictures of the rooms were not consistent with the room we had. The shades in the room did not allow privacy and the door had a 1/4” gap in the top. Room was clean but there was mold in the tile grout in the bathroom. There was excessive noise from the Tiki bar in the room past 10pm. Not the level of quality I expected from the pictures.

Too loud with Tiki bar nearby. Couldn’t hear TV or sleep. Elevator broken and we were placed on top floor despite requiring lowest floor because of our age and our traveling with our dog. View was of a condemned building. Paid $50 per night for our dog and still were placed in the older building. The newer building and pool were much better and our son and his wife enjoyed staying there though it was still loud, it was further away from the Tiki bar

We had a lovely stay at the lighthouse, the room we had was very spacious with a kitchen if eating in was preferred. The rooms were immaculate and we had plenty of towels in our room and could get more if we wanted. The Tiki was right there playing excellent music but you could could also eat here as well. The location was excellent and we could walk everywhere. The beach was beautiful too! Thank you for a nice stay!
