The rooms were filthy they had mold and were super dirty in the bathroom the hotel should be ashame of there staff im so embarrassed for recommending this place to family and friends.

They need more staff. Never had an towels at pool side had to ask multiple times and still never received them. This happened multiple days. Bar staff said it wasn't their job to follow up on towels. Had to wait at the bar long periods of time to get served. Waited almost 30 minutes one day to get a cup of coffee from the bar and I note it was NOT busy. Only had one person in front of me.

I contacted the front desk on the first day in person since the Tv and phone was not working/turning on; this was never resolved during the entire stay. When I walked into my room, the floor has dirty stains (left my socks extremely dirty after walking from one of the room to their other once) as well as the desk having wet sticky spots on it. I’m disappointed with the stay sine this was the 3rd time I’ve booked with this resort. The bar and cafe staff were amazing, as well as the drinks and food made.

We where staying with a big group of friends and the room wasnt very much clean, some of the towels had hair in them so we requested new ones. Some of my friends that was in the other rooms when head out they were sure that the door was locked but when whe came back the door was wide open and no housekeeping around. They reported it and they said that we left the door open but we made sure it was closed. The next day the same thing happened, and in the evening they notice that the door was locked from the inside, we though that there was someone inside. The staff was saying that it was the groups fault for shutting the door to hard, but actually they took videos of shutting the door really hard and in no way shutting it from inside was possible. Service was bad, not clean.

We originally booked a room with a king bed and sofa bed. It was 5pm when we checked in and the room wasn’t ready so we took 2 queens, Which wasn’t a big deal. Going to the room we were met by maintenance who was there to fix a towel rack that was broken. When we entered both garbage cans were in the middle of the room and the bedside table was crooked. The maintenance man did offer to put those in the correct places though haha. It was very dusty above the headboards but other than that I loved that we had plenty of towels since there were 3 of us. The beds were good. Pool area was nice and had more towels. Hot tub wasn’t very hot but nice since it was only 70 degrees. Didn’t order from the bar/grill but looked nice. The property could use some upgrades it looked kinda trashy in the stairwells. but the reason we stayed was the location which was excellent! Staff at front desk was very kind at check in/out. They offer transport to parks for free but we didn’t use them since we had a vehicle. Overall good. Would stay again because the price was very reasonable for the area and we enjoyed our weekend!

Malheureusement, certaines chambres (cotés extérieures) donnent sur l'autoroute 4. Les chambres donnant sur la piscine sont réellement moins bruyante. On a du changer de chambre et on a eu une autre chambre extérieure. Les portes sont vides et on entends tout. De plus, malgré les nombreuses places disponibles les chambres sont groupées et on a dû appeler la sécurité.
