I booked and paid for two rooms, but when checking in, the hotel only provided one. They neither allowed me to stay in the second room nor refunded me. During my five-night stay, no one cleaned the room. Overall, the experience was extremely poor, and I will not return. The front desk staff were also very rude.

The location is pretty good, its near Icon Park you can walk from the hotel to the Icon park. Some things they can improve on is the facilities, like the lights and plugs. Most of it is not working. We have stayed here 2nd time and still had the same issues. For the entire room 2 lights are not working most plugs are not working it only have 4 plugs working which is also not near the night stand.

This place is not pretty. My room was clean, but not fancy. My bed was clean, but not really nice. This was a cheap place to stay and I got what I paid for. The lady in the office was nice. Not trying to bad mouth the place. You get what you pay for.

We requested an accessible room but got a regular room instead. I asked the front desk clerk about the accessible room and she said all first floor rooms are accessible. I told her that our room did not have a shower but a tub. She replied that all rooms have a tub. The beds were confortable. The shampoo and conditioner were micro size. The rooms faucets and showers appeared to be extremely old. Parking was easy but it appears it only had 2 handicapped spaces. Location was excellent. Both front office clerks were very dry and appeared to go through the motions, just because they had to. Plenty of restaurants around. If you're fine with no frills, this might be an option.

We love staying here because its very centralized and easy to get to everywhere. We stay here every time we come to Orlando. I definitely recommend it

Facility needs urgent renovation, lobby looked old . Elevator works but it's always dirty and looks old. The room looks old as well but it was very clean. Bathroom was renovated and very clean so that was good. The beds were a bit hard and made a squeaking sound when sitting or laying on it. Parking was easy and secure. This hotel is very close to Icon Park (walking distance) so that's a plus.

The first room they tried to give us had toenail clippings in the bed. We switched rooms, and it smelled bad. The A/C only worked half of the time, the fridge had a sour smell to it, the beds were hard and had a loud squeeking spring sounds. Then my wife found a cockroad in the bathroom. They only have one luggage cart, the staff seems uninterested in the customers, and were rude when asked to do their jobs. If you ever have the chance to stay here, just sleep in you car.

This place was the absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Maria at the friend desk was very very rude and not a nice person. We asked if we could check in before 3 which she very rudely said no. My two year old was freaking out and it would have been so helpful. Regardless we sat in the lobby. She let us check in early when I went back and gave me a snide look. There was no bell hop service to help my sick mother and I up to our room. We had 4 suitcases and 4 bags a stroller a car seat and a 2 year old. We get up to the room on the 5th floor and the room is dirty. We waited 20 minutes for it to be clean now past the check in time. We get in the room and the AC is broken. I go down to her and she says yah we don't let people check in before three. Almost like she did it on purpose just to be extra cruel. She argued with me about the AC and then says she will send someone up. So I walk all the way back up again. She sends someone and the lady says you have to get a new room. So I walk back down and maria argues with me about the AC not working saying the lady said it works. I got very frustrated at this point because obviously I'm not walking back and forth for fun!! So she moves us to another room on the fourth floor after I unpacked our stuff and my baby was asleep and very hot and upset upon moving. We get to the new room and the phone is broken and there's no microwave. Absolutely terrible place. Don't stay here.
