Hotel was beautiful and clean. There was no coffee in the lobby and breakfast area was not convenient to grab a cup plus most people want coffee before time for breakfast to start. I went to lobby to see if we could get extra coffee pods or ask if they had coffee available and they told me I could go across the road to Starbucks or walk to gas station. You had to walk through the pool area to get to breakfast and that is not great when you are traveling with 3 toddlers. They had no drawers to unpack your clothes and not even a stand to hold suitcase so you had to dig through suitcase on the floor the whole week. They had one tiny garbage can in bathroom so again very inconvenient when you have 3 kids in diapers. They also did not empty garbage everyday. We had 2 rooms and one room they never came to clean. It could really be a nice place to stay if they could just make some adjustments.

Perfect location if you’re traveling with family and planning to visit Disney. It offers great value for the price, and there are plenty of on-site amenities to enjoy, including a sauna, gym, lazy river, and swimming pool. Breakfast is usually complimentary, which is a plus, though the selection could use a bit more variety. The service was somewhat mixed — some staff members were exceptionally friendly, while others were less welcoming. That said, there were a few notable downsides. We booked a king room, and upon entering, we immediately noticed a damp, musty smell. It seemed to be coming from the air conditioning. The bed didn’t feel like a typical hotel bed — it was more comparable to a simple IKEA-style frame. The sink was quite narrow, making it easy for water to splash onto the countertop. Additionally, there was no shower door, so water tended to splash onto the bathroom floor. Since we were out most of the day during our stay, we chose not to raise these concerns at the time. However, we wanted to share our experience for the benefit of future guests.

Check-in was easy and the hotel exceeded our expectations! The rooms were spotless, beds were very comfortable. Parking near our area of the hotel made it easy to get in and out with our belongings. The pools, gym and lobby areas were inviting, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good. What was offered was tasty. More choices could have been offered like fruit, pastries, boiled eggs. My only complaint at all was that each morning I had to ask for the half and Half. We definitely would go back!
