Casa Marina Key West, Curio Collection by Hilton

Casa Marina Key West, Curio Collection by Hilton

10/10 Excellent
"Absolutely Amazing, great service. The staff is awesome. They let you text someone for any of your needs and they respond within 1 minute. Beds were fantastic and comfortable with great pillows. Nice 70" TV's Requested a microwave and they had it there in minutes. What they call a refrigerator is a simply a cooling box. So, I requested a small fridge and the nice assistant had it there in 3 minutes. Daily maid service was soooo very nice. Very clean when we would get back to the room. Towels were very nice as was the shower with all the shampoo, conditioner and body wash supplied. Another great feature was the lotion by the bathroom sink. Helped a lot when I got sun burned. Very quiet, never heard any other guest or any sounds. Black out curtains were a big plus as well. Pool was clean and nice. Beach had brown water which was disappointing but that is not the fault of the hotel. Just that time of year for seaweed etc. Self-Parking was pricy at $45 per night. That would be my only complaint. Great value for the price. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend them to others. Billy b"

"This was day 16 of a US road trip and this was BY FAR my favorite stay. 1 block away from Duval St. Free drink tickets. Great bed and pillows. Microwave, fridge. Everything was GREAT! Only downside was we went to bed at 10 and the nearby bar was still playing loud live music, however the loud AC unit drowned it out lol. Ice machine could use something to make it look cleaner/better, but still produced ice just fine. Breakfast was pretty much entirely bread/muffins/cereal/bagels. Parking was not free, which is also a bummer. But being so close to everything we wanted made up for it."

"The staff was friendly and we upgraded our room once we arrived (for a fee) and the room was great! I will say I was a little disappointed on the “beach”. There was a small access spot to the water which was very rocky and even had a sign to wear water shoes."

"We had a wonderful stay at La Concha Hotel in Key West! The location on Duval Street was one of the biggest highlights..it was within perfect walking distance of so many of Key West’s attractions, restaurants, bars, and things to do, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient. Having onsite parking was also a huge benefit, especially in Key West where parking can be difficult to find. The hotel bar was excellent, and the staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Overall, La Concha was a great choice for a Key West stay, especially if you want to be right in the heart of everything!"

"Best customer service I ever had at a hotel. They have someone you can text for any needs and they answer right away. Rooms were nice only complaint about the room was the shower seemed to use to have a sliding glass door but it must of broke because they had a shower curtain there instead. Great other than that tho"
