「Without question a classic, convenient and beautiful Key West inn. The rooms were spacious, modern and tastefully decorated. Many small pools throughout the property with lush grounds. Nice breakfast served by such caring staff. Since my stay was in the summer, rates were unbelievably low which was the reason I booked Key West. If the price were right other times of the year I’d be back without question.」

「We have been to Key West 8 times and have stayed at a few different places. The Conch House Heritage Inn was the best, without a doubt. Sincerely nothing could’ve been better we had the Best Continental Breakfast ever, the Coffee was great. Staff so welcoming and gave us a tour upon check-in (that’s never happened anywhere before) Clean, Comfortable, Relaxing and top notch All the way. We will Most Definitely be coming back Huge Thank you :) Best staff」

「This property was very unique and it might not be for everyone. I personally loved the old time feel of the property. As busy as it was outside, the room was very quiet. The staff was wonderful and very patient. I didn't feel like I stayed at a hotel though. It felt more like a guest in someone's house. I loved that I could walk everywhere and location was perfect. I absolutely loved the pool, the hot tub and peacefulness in the pool area. I can't wait to come back.」

「The hotel is in an excellent location, and the parking lot across the street is very convenient. It is a beautiful boutique hotel with a lot of character, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The small swimming pool in the center courtyard is very lovely. However, the rooms feel a bit cramped, and the breakfast was rather too simple — there was not even any milk available.」
