Beautiful grounds of the historic cigar factory and cottages! Bonus were the pools and a wonderful breakfast! Our mattress could use a memory foam topper as it was really hard.

The entire team was incredibly attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their hospitality truly made the difference. The hotel provided a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, making it easy to focus on work while also enjoying some of the charm that Key West has to offer. Definitely planning to come back. The room was beautiful and updated. The pools were clean and very convenient to the rooms. The beautiful garden walkway was amazing! The best part of our stay was the staff! Everyone was so friendly and went out of their way way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. One in particular took the time to educate us on the gorgeous orchids on the property and because of Norman’s knowledge I plan on coming back again in April to see the beautiful orchids bloom. It by far was the best place I’ve stayed in Key West! Thank you Jonathon and all the staff!
