「Hotel is beautiful, as are the rooms. Unfortunately my stay was soured with poor service in the main cafe in the lobby. Beautifully presented cafe with very poor customer service tarnished my visit. Raised with management who were slow to respond and failed to do anything subsequently, despite assurances otherwise. Disappointing as I bought 6 people from my company here as well. Great hotel, let down with staff in key areas. I should be clear that not all staff were sub standard. ...

「Overall nice hotel but the room was definitely way too small, amenities are okay, staff is not friendly besides one of the bartenders sadly one good employee doesn’t do the rest justice. Nice amenities, gym, bar and roof top pool. All of it on the smaller side so expect it to be a bit crowded. Felt a bit overpriced for what the room was..」

「My only gripe is the fact that the advertising is mieleading because the pictures show the hotel next the beach, bu in reality is 10 or so miles from it…」

「There was an ongoing issue with a screaming baby next door late at night but front desk was responsive and checked on guests and that seem to help.」
