「My husband and I stayed at the Don Cesar for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. The beach is wonderful and we cannot say enough about the beach staff and servers there. What a great, relaxing place to visit. Beautiful views and hotel.」

「Our room was not cleaned daily. The second elevator was out of service. Given that it was a Holiday weekend and the hotel was full, more effort should have been made to have the elevator in service.」

「Excellent breakfast, location, lovely veranda! Would suggest to have added decorative touches to the room: oriental area rug, larger framed pictures, curtains, and in the lobby, background music.」

「We loved our stay. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Everything was clean. Breakfast was fresh and on time. Rooms came with dove products instead of the off brand products that dry your skin and hair out. Amenities on site were helpful like the laundry room, gym room, office space. Pool area was consistently clean.」

「There was an ongoing issue with a screaming baby next door late at night but front desk was responsive and checked on guests and that seem to help.」

「We love how family friendly the property is. We’ve gone five times and i feel like it gets better each time. It is alittle pricey but with the new restaurants we didn’t mind since the food was really good. The arcade is not great but other than that we love it!」

「The room we got is facing the street. Very NOISY! Room stinks! The detergent hasn’t been washed up. I was choking and coughing at night! The fire alarms suddenly started to beep every 20-30 seconds. Based on my experience, the battery was gone. And when I call the front dest, they sent a stuff member to my room and just removed the fire alarm! Is that proper?」

「Overall nice place to stay, very friendly staff, good location. The only complaint I had was because it’s open to the public, the pool, restaurant and bars were so packed that I couldn’t get a spot at them.」
