The staff never gave us information what’s available. Rented beach chairs and umbrella three days in a row found out after that they have food and drinks at the beach no one told us that. Came back one day and the parking lot was blocked you had to use someone else entrance.

Overall terrible experience. No one ever answers the front desk. Hotel smells, dirty, ongoing construction, unorganized. Changed rooms Booked the hotel with Expedia and got charged by the hotel as well. Now trying to figure this out with Expedia. Staff was extremely nice in person. That’s it.

First room we were in upon arrival we found the stovetop was broken, cable didn't work, internet didnt work, and the phone didn't work. Second room was nicer and had a bit more room, however they never fixed the internet issue for the entire 5 day stay we were there (thank goodness for hotspots as we have children and tablets) or the cable (less of an issue as we weren't going to use very much)

Started the trip with an overcharge on the credit card by $7000! Then, we had ongoing issues all week with the AC not working in BOTH of the rooms we had reserved. Some staff were very helpful, others, not friendly at all. The ice machines on every floor were out of service. Amenity fee is ridiculous for what you are given access to along with the parking fee. Seems there are fees for everything. Beach was nice and clean. Rooms were nice but we had to ask housekeepers to bring towels each day. The hurricane recovery has been slow at best but I think they need a little more time.

No need to leave the property, great food at all the dining options. Having your own chairs and umbrella reserved all day is a major plus! If you prefer pool time, there are numerous pools to accommodate and keep from over crowding. Very relaxing getaway!

The check-in process was easy and convenient. Nice spacious room with ocean view. The property was beautiful and easy convenient walk onto the beach. My only inconvenience was that on several occasions the elevator was oit of service so we had to take the stairs up to the 6th floor.

Likes the convenience. Likes access to entire property at both resorts. Food was very good and staff was really great! Repairs underway on hurricane damaged areas but resort is fully functional!! Free parking and free cabanas were a nice perk Room average next to noisy elevator and repairs needed in room. But beds excellent. View also excellent. Would have been nice to know that the entire resort is cashless. Also the incidentals charge per day is excessive and had sticker shock on credit card with a hold that was more than the reservation. Had to wait three days for it to charge the correct amount. Would still go back any time now that I know.

This property is starting to show its age. A lot of things need attention that can’t be blamed on the hurricanes. The amenity fee plus parking fee makes staying here overpriced for what you get. The rooms are small and paper thin walls. We listened to a screaming kid every time the family next to us was in their room.

The beach was beautiful here, loved it. The hotel itself is a little older, but was a nice stay. The staff was friendly & very helpful!
