The stated check-in time is 4:00 PM, yet we were asked to wait an additional 20–30 minutes beyond that before our room was ready. We had arrived earlier in the morning and informed the front desk, fully understanding that early check-in was not guaranteed. However, there appeared to be no effort to prioritize preparing our room in time for the official check-in window. After a long red-eye flight, my family was extremely tired, and despite multiple requests, the response from staff felt indifferent rather than accommodating. This lack of urgency and empathy significantly impacted our experience. Additionally, the restroom near the pool was in an unacceptable condition and unusable due to poor cleanliness. Overall, the level of service and upkeep did not align with the price point, and the experience fell short of expectations.

The hotel definitely needs updating the water would not stay in the bathtub as bathtub, stopper was broken. The staff was excellent, and the location was perfect.

AC worked fine for our room. Pool was nice - needed to be cleaned occasionally but overall a good time. Room had only a fridge and a coffe maker, no microwave so that was a negative. Also the window outside was on a walkway balcony so we kept the curtains closed the entire time to keep people from peeking in. Other than those few things it was not at all a bad experience. Would come back if visiting this beach again

The area is loud, so bring earplugs if you want to sleep. Hotel is old and run down. They updated the bedrooms a bit ,(new flooring), but the furniture is worn down and miss matched. Our dresser had very obvious water damage. The bathrooms are old and quite gross at this point. No fan, so you have to open a window.. which is at the walkway, of you are on the back side. No housekeeping services, unless you request 24 hours in advance. Which is not good because they have the tiny trashcans and of course there is sand all over the floor. You have to take your used towels down to the office and swap them out if you want fresh. Cant swim in the pool because it is overrun by seaguls. Overall it was a bad experience.

If you want to spend some days in a great location for a fraction of the cost of the hotels around there you can stat here , it’s an old building but you are close to everything in a walking distance , great view for sunsets a helpful staff, continental breakfast is included that is a +. The room was small and didn’t have a balcony. The pictures made it seem like they all have one which was one of the draws, but we didn’t end up with one. Our TV didn’t work properly. Our bathroom door didn’t close. It would get stuck. The breakfast was basic but at least they had French toast that you could heat up in the toaster. The free parking was good and so was the proximity to the beach. You have to rent the cabanas on the beach.

The property is in a great location. That's about it. A lot of areas were in need of maintenance, floors in hallways needed cleaning, painting needed all over the place and the free breakfast lacked any hot food (unless you used the toaster). I would not return.

Room was comfortable, but there were stains on pull out couch that made us decide not to use it. Beds appeared clean. View was beautiful and stff friendly.

Clean room, pleasant hoast. The only draw back was the seagulls using the pool as a bird bath. Pool area was nice. Good location. Lots going on in walking distances. Lots of stores to shop at. Parking garage next door get crazy at times. At least when we went. Kind of entertaining. I would go back. Unless your going to want to use the pool alot.

First let me say the staff were very nice, but the place is old, very old and has not been kept up over the years. We had a small room totally painted hospital green with no art on the walls, the beds just fit with about 8" from each wall. One lamp no desk, one small dresser where the second drawer didn't work. The charging points on the bed posts didn't work, the curtains didn't open without a fight. The first night I was there the tv broke and took them until the next day to put in another one. But they must have put a broken one in because the remote on that tv didn't work. So watching tv at night was a bust. There is a bar across the street that blasts music until 2 in the morning. When I asked for an upgrade, they couldn't help. So needless to say my wife and I will not be staying there again, and it wasn't cheep. about $800 for three nights.

I had a beach view king room. It was in need of some updating. You get what you pay for and this was cheap. Right across the street from the beach. Located in a very busy area. You can park the car and walk everywhere. Staff was attentive. It suited our needs but don’t expect too much and you’ll be fine.
