「酒店的设施陈旧，卫生条件也一般，入住遇到了缺少电视遥控器，床头柜背后有其他房客留下的剃须刀；浴室沐浴水流非常，整个酒店还有莫名装修噪音。周边几乎没有任何餐饮，离市区有相当距离。虽然员工非常不错总是尽力希望解决问题。」
