I was hesitant about this “virtual” property. I never stay at budget hotels, but all flights cancelled due to weather so no hotels. I will stay here every time. Room was clean, high tech, great lighting, fully equipped. Gym and pool access. Everything so seamless and perfect. I am wow’d. Did not expect to be writing a review like this on a 2 star (???). I might actually invest in this company. Perfectly executed concept.

Gym is great, pool & area very nice. Convenient to Sparkman Wharf & nice restaurants. Only wish whoever enjoys smoking pot would do it somewhere else, I realize it is hard to police that. Smelled it at various times in elevator & on balcony

The building itself was fine. The room was small but adequate. The movable bed made the room livable and it was clean and well appointed. It is the location that led to my lower review rating. The patio was barely usable as it is next to a major highway and the traffic noise was overwhelming. Also it is not a good location for walkers as there are no stores or restaurants. There is one coffee store across the street but it was closed for the weekend we were there. Everything else was a 20+ minute walk. Also we would have appreciated more local information provided in the room Such as directions to the nearest grocery store….restaurant…liquor store…phone number for pizza delivery…etc

I was initially concerned about no onsite support. However, the remote support was SUPER - actually, more supportive than onsite. Although I did not use the amenities, I did look at them and I was impressed. I would not hesitate to stay at a KASA site in the future. I highly recommend the Mint House Tampa Downtown by Kasa.

The room was very nice and included everything you would need for a week long stay. I would absolutely stay here again. The building and the stay requires multiple passwords which creates a very safe feeling but one of the passwords given did not work so assistance was required a couple times from maintenance and residents for the elevator use.

First, the hotel room in and of itself was good. There was hair in the shower from a previous guest, but I cleaned it up right away. There was an incessant beeping from an appliance that I couldn't figure out until the next morning. It turned out to be the dishwasher set on pause. I fixed it with help. It wasn't the best sleep for the first night because of this, but at least we fixed the problem. What me and my wife were not aware of at the time of booking is that this building is shared with private residences, and this made the parking situation rather confusing. There is no loading/unloading zone at this building. This fact was confirmed by both the grounds keeper and office manager this morning when I went to check out. When I went to load up my vehicle this morning to check out, I got into a verbal altercation with the groundskeeper who very rudely told me I was parked into a residential space and I needed to move my vehicle into a handicapped space or else I was going to be towed. When I told him I wasn't handicapped and didn't feel comfortable taking a handicapped space, he said he would otherwise have me towed. I went inside and asked the onsite manager if there was a place for me to load up and this verbal altercation, and she also told me to use the handicap space because there is no place to load/unload. It shouldn't be a choice between getting towed or getting a ticket from the city for $250 for using a handicap space.

It's a private very clean modern apartment in downtown Tampa. Perfect place to stay on business. I used the fitness center and got a great workout in. There is a parking lot across the street that's $15 for overnight parking which is cheaper than most hotels in the area. Stayed twice and had the same positive experience both times.

Fantastique ! Nous avons adoré l’endroit. L’appartement est très bien situé, à environ 10 minutes à pieds de plusieurs attractions, Tramway, Amalie Aréna, Riverwalk, super marché Publix. Cuisine entièrement équipée pour cuisiner les repas et d’une propreté impeccable. Le Check-in virtuel c’est très bien déroulé, le personnel est très aidant et courtois. Très jolie petite piscine extérieur. J’y retournerai avec plaisir.
