「Description said sleeps 7 and there were only 2 beds and the couch was not a sofa bed. At most it sleeps 5 if someone sleeps on the hard sofa. Very dim lighting. Not satisfied with stay.」

「Upon arriving at 1:45pm they told me we couldn't check in until 3 or else I had to pay $35. All this was said while there was a sign on the desk (that I didn't notice until coming back after 3) that said you could check in at 2. While checking in the girl at the front desk was very kind but when I pointed out the sign the manager in the office became angry and loud and proceeded to argue with me about check in. After checking in the room was good but the ice machines were both broken. No ice at...

「Our room was spotless and very comfortable. The Fenway has been beautifully renovated while keeping its historic ambiance. Staff were quick to respond to all requests and the welcoming raspberry mimosa was delicious!」

「Totally convenient to downtown Dunedin (and even more to Dunedin Brewery). Easy drive to Honeymoon State Park and Tarpon Springs. Gotta be careful of pricing, as they are not economical for extended stays. Convenient onsite parking in garage under hotel. Would be a bit tight for F-150 pickup though.....」

「Our check in at front desk was wonderful because of Danny. He was personable and throughout our 4 days he made a point to remember our names and make sure he offered something every time. Actually for the most part every worker greeted us with a smile and were friendly. Also found the closeness to the walking trail a major plus as well as walking by the water peaceful. The hotel is perfectly located in a beautiful quaint town. In regards to the room, it was very basic but suited our needs fine....

「I liked it because it was clean. I didn't like it for several reasons. First I had a broken window that wouldn't hook locked. I reported it to the desk the first night. He didn't have the time or staff to fix it so I put wooden hangers to keep it from opening. The next morning I saw two maintenance men. One of the men took down my room number and said they would take care of it. It was still broken when I checked out. When I got in the shower and closed the curtain I realized it wouldn't stay...

「The room we got is facing the street. Very NOISY! Room stinks! The detergent hasn’t been washed up. I was choking and coughing at night! The fire alarms suddenly started to beep every 20-30 seconds. Based on my experience, the battery was gone. And when I call the front dest, they sent a stuff member to my room and just removed the fire alarm! Is that proper?」
