「We love palm cove and stay there anytime we need to book a motel in the Clearwater area. Great property! Very nice and clean rooms and great management for this property. 「Upon arriving at 1:45pm they told me we couldn't check in until 3 or else I had to pay $35. All this was said while there was a sign on the desk (that I didn't notice until coming back after 3) that said you could check in at 2. While checking in the girl at the front desk was very kind but when I pointed out the sign the manager in the office became angry and loud and proceeded to argue with me about check in. After checking in the room was good but the ice machines were both broken. No ice at...

「Our check in at front desk was wonderful because of Danny. He was personable and throughout our 4 days he made a point to remember our names and make sure he offered something every time. Actually for the most part every worker greeted us with a smile and were friendly. Also found the closeness to the walking trail a major plus as well as walking by the water peaceful. The hotel is perfectly located in a beautiful quaint town. In regards to the room, it was very basic but suited our needs fine....

「The room we got is facing the street. Very NOISY! Room stinks! The detergent hasn’t been washed up. I was choking and coughing at night! The fire alarms suddenly started to beep every 20-30 seconds. Based on my experience, the battery was gone. And when I call the front dest, they sent a stuff member to my room and just removed the fire alarm! Is that proper?」
