「It wasn't stated in the write up that there were no Airport Shuttles during the early morning. I had to get to the airport for an early morning flight. The evening clerk said that the night clerk could order me a taxi. When I got to the lobby at 3:30am the night clerk phoned a taxi, but they couldn't come for 40 minutes. I would miss my flight!! He was very helpful and arranged a ride for me!!!」

「Great location right on the beach, with umbrella and chair rentals available. Staff was kind and helpful. My room had a slight smoke odor, which was strange as I booked a non smoking room. Additionally, you can hear other guests in other rooms very easily, more so than in other hotels. However, I spent the majority of my time on the beach so I didn't mind much. I love the Sirata's location - have stayed many times and will stay again.」
