「Check in was just ok. Front desk guy was sitting on the couch in the lobby when we came in - talking on the phone the whole time. We came in past midnight and he sat on the couch looking at us and talking on the phone for a few minutes before he walked to the front desk to check us in. I guess it’s past midnight so where will we go? The rest of the staff in the morning seems helpful enough. 」

「We were disappointed that the type Of room we booked months ago was not available due to renovations. The staff was helpful in trying to make up for it, but when your children have had their hearts set on an ocean view for months, nothing short of actually getting the ocean view makes up for it. We do understand the the front desk staff who checked us in did not create the problem and they tried their best to be accommodating.」
