「Property and restaurants were very nice. Room was terrible, very difficult to shut doors, shower water temperature would go from extremely cold to extremely hot without adjusting, we reached out the first day we were here and no one ever responded back over our 4 day stay, so never had a decent shower. We did not receive any compensation. Would not stay here again.」

「The housekeeping staff was great and every day our room was swept and mopped fresh made sheets & extra towels. When we arrive for check-in, the first thing I noticed my open my door was a cockroach. I called down to the front desk twice to get someone to come up and kill it and essentially get us a new room and the front desk girl was rude and laughed about it like it was insane that I couldn’t just kill it myself and stay in that room. 「Room wasn't ready at 4. We had a hard day and we both are handicapped. They asked to switch us to another room that was ready and comparable. I asked if still ocean view and they said yes. Got to room, NO OCEAN VIEW!! Only view was of courtyard. We were too tired to ask to be moved again. We were very upset as this was a special trip and had not seen each other in 40 yrs!」
