「Our experience was really good. It was our 1st stay here. We chose to stay here for Red,White and Kaboom on July 3rd. The people that stood out for service was (in chronological order) Johnnie from the Valet, Nini from the front desk, Carl from the Terrace Grille bar and Anginette from Customer Care, due to a billing issue. The rooms were nice and clean,as was the hotel itself. It's a very walkable area too. If there was any negative, the area is downtown and can be a little noisy....

「We had a wonderful stay overall at Pink Shell Resort. The staff was friendly, the beach was beautiful, and the amenities made for a great family vacation. One thing I think future guests should be aware of is booking through Expedia. Expedia appears to use photos of different room layouts and configurations under the same room category, which can be misleading.
