「The staff are great. The room was clean and comfortable. It’s easy to get in and out from. The best part was the staff I believe her name is Glenda or maybe Linda (forgive me I’m terrible with names) went above and beyond during breakfast. The beds are comfortable, the pillows are normal, the rooms are clean, and it’s quiet. The only negative I can think of is nothing. There’s nothing to complain about for the price and location I got way more than I payed for. 」

「Palihouse was superb. The proximity to shopping, restaurants and the atmosphere of the hotel were all amazing. We enjoyed a anniversary weekend and will def come back.」

「The common areas and rooms are excellent. I prefer a softer mattress and the mattress was firm, so I didn’t sleep very well because of that since I have a bad back. Careful with the shower products provided by the hotel. I had a respiratory allergic reaction to them much like allergies in the spring. Some staff cannot speak any English whatsoever. When a maid came by the room to see if we needed anything, I asked for a bath towel and she handed me a trash bag. 」

「Loved our stay here, nice clean room and yummy breakfast. Only thing that disappointed me is that there is no parking included with your reservation and you have to pay $40 for valet parking.」

My one issue was not knowing how to check-in prior to arrival as I was driving across state and didn’t check my emails. Now that I know, this will always be my first choice when visiting downtown Tampa. 」
