"I had to wait until 5pm to get my room. I had arrived at 1pm. I had to wait longer to wait for my hypoallergenic room since the staff wanted to set me on a regular room even when I had paid premium for my reserved room. Only one employee at front desk. A queue of several guests wating. Staff at front desk with attitude. Common areas were dirty and fingerprints all over, specially in elevators. Will not stay again at this place. "
