「We liked the pool. It was outdoors but the weather cooperated. The staff is super accommodating. The service desk staff was very accommodating with extending reservations and answering questions. I had the pleasure of mostly dealing with Hope. The bed was comfortable. Food was average fare found in all the free hotel breakfasts.」
「Check in was wonderful. I hate I can’t remember the front desk agents name, but she was great. The room was nice. Only downfall is the positioning of the AC, and there’s no microwave, other than that. Great property great stay.」
「When I checked in, I told the front desk reception that I will be checking out at 3am instead of 11am on Saturday morning. The guy told me it would be ok, just come and show them my ID and I will receive my deposit at checkout. No one was at the front desk to check me out. I called the numbers they had available to reach out to someone, and no one answered or has even returned my calls or voicemail. I left the keys rap up in a note and threw it through the lobby side window. 」
「This is a great property for a quick trip to Tampa. The location is very convenient and the staff is very friendly. The hotel is overall very clean and in good condition. The only thing that I would improve a bit, is the towels, some of them were stained and had hairs stuck to them, we asked for more and they gave them to us immediately. The rooms also have a full kitchen that is very convenient and a full size refrigerator. Overall a very good hotel. 」
