"Stay was great. Front desk was very accomdating and since it was our first time visiting Tampa, gave us a map and tour of the city and places to visit along with transportation methods. Will definitions visit Tampa again and have this hotel as a primary option when I come back."

"Walkable to free trolley which takes you to all the sights and cruise port, but also there is a free shuttle to the cruise port. Good free breakfast. Definitely will stay again!"

"The location was great! The staff was less than friendly and seemed annoyed at check in. We booked a 2 queen suite (with couch sitting area) and were given a standard queen room. We were told that it was booked 3rd party & they couldn’t rectify the situation for us as there were no queen suites available. It was very frustrating. "

"Room was cold. Heater would not heat up past 70°. In room Coffee service was terrible. Had to change rooms because first room smelled of cigarette smoke. Hotel restaurant was less than average. In room sofa was stained. Carpets leading into most rooms elevator were severely frayed."

"The sheets were not clean, the pillows felt old and bunched up. I usually take towels when I travel so I can’t say much about that, but the room looked like it’s in need of some renovations. The staff was super friendly. Keep in mind they will put a $100 hold on your credit card for any service you request, I didn’t request anything but I only got $60 back…I’m not sure why and I’m not going to worry about, I will not stay there again. "

"Due to flight cancellations, we were stranded at Tampa and needed accommodations where 2 people could work remotely. Not only was the room perfectly set up to host us for two days with a seperate bedroom, work station and dining table, the staff here is top notch! I cannot express enough how wonderful the front desk staff is!! Breakfast was perfect every morning and working from our room was easy and we were able to take calls without interrupting one another. Great property, great location and EXCELLENT staff!!"
