「The Embassy Suites Downtown Tampa is a very convenient place to stay when visiting the convention center. Nice folks at the desk and check in was fairly quick. My room could have used a bit of work in that the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall as were the hand soap and body lotion dispensers. 」

「This hotel service is very poor, I booked a river view room on Expedia, they gave me into the city view room. Then the room air conditioner is broken maintenance staff can not repair, the front desk clerk will not change the room 65 degrees Fahrenheit! Can only give you add blankets. Will not go to the hotel for the second time in my life. And downstairs vallet $40 per night!」

「Clean modern room. Big windows with a river view. Staff was friendly pool, was warm. Great access to the riverwalk and downtown only a couple minutes from the hockey arena and the free tram to Ybor city.」

「I wasn't offered free breakfast but did buy at Starbucks. The lady working at Starbucks was very nice and super friendly. I wasn't overly impressed by the bartender. The rest of the staff was great from entering to housekeeping. 」

「The room was very clean-except for the boxer shorts we found in the bathroom cabinet 😂😂. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was perfect-we were steps away from the Arena ( we were there to see Stevie Nicks!). 」
