「The hotel is great but the ice machine in front of our room was beeping for hours during the night waking us up early on our vacation. I had to get up, get dressed to figure out where the sound was coming from and tell the front desk. The most important thing at a hotel should be a good night sleep. Just very disappointing.」

「Our room was spacious and we did not know we had a second-floor loft & bathroom. The small kitchen with microwave, coffee maker and small refrigerator was a nice bonus too. 「We had booked and paid for a room with 2 beds. Check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 PM, but when we arrived at 7:00 PM, our room was still not ready! They told us we could wait 20 minutes while it was being cleaned, but we ended up waiting for an hour, only to be given a 1-bed room because our original room wasn't going to be ready anytime soon. The next morning at 7:30 AM, a lady from the front desk knocked on our door, waking me up to tell us that the room we were in was supposed to be vacant...

「The most coziest property. I was there with some girlfriends for the BTS Arirang concert. We felt safe and the best part was the Pete’s Bagel downstairs! The host was very responsive to messages and the whole process of check in was smooth. Everything was clean and the property was wonderfully decorated. Also, loved the free roaming chickens and roosters in the area. 10/10, no notes. 」
