Hotels near Tampa Union Station

"No lo recomiendo. Los pasillos, el cuarto estaban sucios. Las toallas del baño manchadas y con pelos. El lavamanos tapado. Realmente no cumple con la expectativa que uno espera como consumidor. Tuve que costear otro lugar por las condiciones y reclamar al hotel. Solo quedaron en reembolsarme 1 noche cuando lo que estuve fue ni dos horas. Por las condiciones en que me entregaron el cuarto."

"Room was not clean enough. Hair is everywhere floor was dirty. Air conditioner is the loudest air conditioner i’ve ever seen in my life. Even next room a/c was loud. It was a construction everyday next to the pool or inside of the restaurant or outside. Always something was going on. Check-in was messy in the app our room number kept changed probably they were keep giving away the ready/clean room whoever complained first. Inside bar area was so loud even after the bar close. Entertaining drunk customers its not a hospitality at this point. Food was bland not tasty. The only person was nice was pool bartender she was great. i forgot her name but she was working Sunday also Tuesday. Worst Hilton ever."

"Overall had a nice stay here. Breakfast was good, with several hot/cold options. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly. Didn’t use the pool but it looked clean and well-kept. "

"The staff were great the pool being open late was awesome the only downside is you could tell that the building itself was a little older and run down but they did a really good job keeping it clean and the amenities are great the breakfast was great the people were great and it is right next to Busch gardens "

"This is the first time I stayed in this hotel because of BTS and by far the best. We arrived at the hotel around 12 noon, even though the check-in was 3 pm, they accommodated us with no questions asked. They also have a BTS banner and photo booth to welcome guests attending the concert which was amazing and sweet. They provided a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and vice versa or you will just request and they will bring you anywhere you want to go. They also gave us a ride to the concert venue and picked us up after the concert as well. Lyss and Mike (shuttle drivers) were so nice and helpful. The place was clean and smells good. Provided a lot of pillows and the firmness and softness were right (which is very important to me). Not too soft that you feel you are drowning and sinking into the pillows. The shower was the best as well. And most especially the staff from the receptionist to the cleaning crew. Special mention to Diane, Steve, Pablo, Radeka, Kevin and Rosa. Keep up the good work."
