「My room wasn't ready by the time check in came around so they upgraded me to a suite even though I didn’t ask for it. That was super nice of them and was greatly appreciated. Room was clean and bed was comfy. This was our second time staying here and we will come back again. 」

「I accidentally booked the wrong room before. There was a strong smell of smoke in the room, no hot water in the bathroom, and the microwave was also broken. Fortunately, a handsome man helped me choose a different room,」
