「Bathroom lighting was lacking. Very dark and almost impossible to put on make up. Shower didn’t look clean, and they supplied shampoo and body wash but no conditioner. Bath towels were very small. The staff was very friendly. The bed was comfortable along with the pillows. We had a nice stay.」

「From start to finish- booking through Expedia was relatively simple, even if the description was a little confusing. Calling the hotel was a mess. They have replaced their live operator with a recording, and pressing the number to speak to someone about reservations gets you an AI BOT. It took my husband pointing it out that it wasn't human for me to realize because they had one of those garbage ai set up to sound real, but I couldn't get anywhere talking to this "person" and couldn't figure out...

「Truly an amazing experience everyone was so friendly and helpful from valet to check in! Even surprised us with a sweet treat for our anniversary. Hotel was beautiful didn’t really leave the hotel great food & drinks! THE aesthetic 10/10 not to mention I lost a necklace and was returned almost immediately thank you! ❤️ 」

「住宿环境一切都很好，唯一不满意的是，我居住了四天，可是没有获得客房服务，我打电话 给前台说明了需要客房服务，可是还是没有获得、所以我住了四天，没有获得更换房间里的毛巾以及一些洗簌用品」
