「This hotel service is very poor, I booked a river view room on Expedia, they gave me into the city view room. Then the room air conditioner is broken maintenance staff can not repair, the front desk clerk will not change the room 65 degrees Fahrenheit! Can only give you add blankets. Will not go to the hotel for the second time in my life. And downstairs vallet $40 per night!」

「We had a great stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Downtown Tampa. The location is extremely convenient—less than a 5-minute walk to the Benchmark Convention Center. We went to the Stevie Nicks concert and were so glad we chose this hotel. After a late, rainy night, being able to walk just a few steps and unwind was perfect. We didn’t make it to breakfast since we had to travel back home early and breakfast starts a bit later on weekdays, but it was great to have a Starbucks conveniently...

「Staff was very friendly, starting with valet service, check in, dining room servers and bartenders. Check in did follow up call upon getting to our room to make sure everything was okay. Room was great along with great hot shower. Breakfast was good and in the evening drinks were great. Walking distance to the parks and river walkway.」
