「I didn’t like paying for parking. But it had easy access to & from our room. Loved the washer/dryer left with clean clothes. It had kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave. Played, utensils and dishwasher. It’s home away from home. Definitely would stay again.」

「For the price point and name, this property is severely lacking. After booking, we received a notice that the pool is under renovation which was a reason for booking. The options were to use pools at 2 other properties near by which were both at capacity. The room smelled like an old rag when we arrived. Brought cleaning staff again who just wiped down the closet and bathroom. We had to spray our own perfume to make the smell go. We lost our room key and needed to get into our room, front desk...

「I did not think Staff was up to standard when i tried to check out. could not get Valet for car. could not get front desk to answer my calls for 15 minutes. Valet left car in front but no one around. had to go to valet office to find my car fob.」

「If you’re looking for a room to sleep in. It’s a nice room. That’s all I can say about the hotel. It lacks the most important thing I look for in an expensive hotel, an in room coffee bar or machine. Nothing. Having to get up, get dressed and go down to the restaurant bar for a cup of overpriced coffee doesn’t do it for me. At a minimum…have access to coffee in the lobby. I like to have coffee at the end of an evening out and nothing was available. Nice friendly staff. Nice restaurant. But in...

「The location is good, close to River Walk and restaurants etc. The room was not too big or too small and nice amenities. However, the coffee machine didn't work, no ice on our floor and no towels for the pool. Otherwise, very much enjoyed our stay and will likely return on our next trip to Tampa.」

「Beware. When we arrived late at night, the hotel had already checked someone else into the room reserved under my name. No one informed us of any issue at check-in. When I tried to enter the room, the door wouldn't open because the security latch was engaged from inside. Thankfully, I was with my husband. At the front desk, the clerk showed little concern and casually explained that someone with the same last name had been checked in under my reservation. I repeatedly told him that I didn't know...
