「If you’re looking for a room to sleep in. It’s a nice room. That’s all I can say about the hotel. It lacks the most important thing I look for in an expensive hotel, an in room coffee bar or machine. Nothing. Having to get up, get dressed and go down to the restaurant bar for a cup of overpriced coffee doesn’t do it for me. At a minimum…have access to coffee in the lobby. I like to have coffee at the end of an evening out and nothing was available. Nice friendly staff. Nice restaurant. But in...

「Staff was really friendly and accommodating. My issue was that the first the room I got assigned had a really bad musty smell, the staff was accommodating and I got transferred to another room. Unfortunately in the second room, the A/C stopped working in the middle of the night and the room was pretty warm with the A/C coming on and off occasionally. I had booked the hotel off of their pictures and expected a hot tub and to my surprise once I got there, they didn’t have one on the property.」

「Beware. When we arrived late at night, the hotel had already checked someone else into the room reserved under my name. No one informed us of any issue at check-in. When I tried to enter the room, the door wouldn't open because the security latch was engaged from inside. Thankfully, I was with my husband. At the front desk, the clerk showed little concern and casually explained that someone with the same last name had been checked in under my reservation. I repeatedly told him that I didn't know...
