「The common areas and rooms are excellent. I prefer a softer mattress and the mattress was firm, so I didn’t sleep very well because of that since I have a bad back. Careful with the shower products provided by the hotel. I had a respiratory allergic reaction to them much like allergies in the spring. Some staff cannot speak any English whatsoever. When a maid came by the room to see if we needed anything, I asked for a bath towel and she handed me a trash bag. 」

「The room was clean and big. You could tell it was a little bit old, but everything worked fine. A/c worked great and water pressure was great. Had to use the stairs to go upstairs so that’s fine as long as you’re able to go up and down stairs. The café had very good food for breakfast. And reasonably priced. The young man at check-in was very helpful and polite. It was a little noisy with the major road close by but the AC helped to drown that out and I slept great.」

「This hotel service is very poor, I booked a river view room on Expedia, they gave me into the city view room. Then the room air conditioner is broken maintenance staff can not repair, the front desk clerk will not change the room 65 degrees Fahrenheit! Can only give you add blankets. Will not go to the hotel for the second time in my life. And downstairs vallet $40 per night!」
