"Main Door to our room was previously kicked in so it wouldn’t shut all the way. No crib was reserved for us when we specifically requested one."

"Friendly staff, but shuttle to Busch Gardens (a main reason we stayed here) wasn't working the entire 4 days we were there. There must have only been one. Mostly clean, but upon check in there was a bug/larvae looking item next to the mini fridge sink area. Front desk didn't offer to do anything as far as discount room for a night or clean it, and I had to ask for something to clean it myself. Walls pretty thin, but overall decent place to stay considering the area surrounding is really run down."

"The suite was very clean. Saw one small bug in the kitchen on the first day. Otherwise, very good. Bed was a tad hard. Breakfast was ok. The Wi-Fi connection worked very well."

"There were no chairs or lounge chairs or tables at the pool, I had to ask for them and when they brought them out, they brought 2, the hotel was packed. We had to take turns using lounge chairs, ridiculous. The pool towels, my dish towel at home was bigger. Very disappointing. Breakfast was the same thing everyday, no variables. When my granddaughter, who is 8 said, Nana -why do we have to eat the same thing everyday. Then we started going out for breakfast. "
