"Lobby was clean and welcoming. Pool side and other common areas were immaculate. Room was clean and well kept.Breakfast was also provided. Location was close to tourist areas. My only two cons was that I wasn’t able to control by ac unit as no remote was provided and parking can be challenging if not on property at an early time. Otherwise great experience!! I would stay again if I’m in the Tampa area. "

"The stay was only for one night prior to our cruise however we found the room to be incredibly comfortable and clean . The breakfast also included more items that we had expected . Overall a great stay "

"There's a microwave in the room. There are grills up by the pool. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The shuttle service to the cruise port is definitely a plus."

"Wonderful location in historic Ybor. Comfortable, modern rooms and friendly staff. The bar/restaurant and coffee shop are nice add-ons. "

"Room is not properly maintained. Cabinets are not fixed properly. No cabinet for clothes. Linens doesn’t smell fresh. The evening staff is not so helpful either. I asked for a toothpaste and he said they don’t provide which I think is not normal for motels. In the booking apps it says there is a microwave in the room and an iron for clothes but there is nothing in my room. First time I booked a room without a microwave."

"Nothing but a WAWA nearby. Staff was brain-dead. Second time i have stayed there (some people don't learn quickly), second time there has been a problem with the shower (different room). Second time they didnt do anything about it. I told them on a Friday night that shower head a bad connection and sprayed water (lots) backward onto to the wall, over the top of the glass. 5 day stay no one even came to the room. The maid left coffee but no creamer one day, another day she forgot 3 of 4 bed pillows on the lounge chair. Dumb stuff but annoying. "

"Comfortable room & very accommodating of very late check in & initial issues with room. The only downside was the process for checking out before 11AM was unclear & frustrating. Otherwise, if you're looking for somewhere that's inexpensive and just comfortable (not fancy) this place is pretty good."
