You get what you pay for, calling it a "Suite" is an exaggeration. Room smelled like mold, no kitchenware available, hot plates didn't work, no towels service for 7+ day stay, bugs and roaches in the room.

I cannot believe Expedia represents this property. Its a terrible location, unsafe. Teh office staff are highly under-qualified and the manager is a horrible person to communicate with. I would not even consider this place and frankly have lost trust in Expedia. Runaway.....

The room was nasty, the carpet was old it needes to be redone and and it has a terrible oder. The bathroom and tub needs to be revamped. The wood flooring needs to be redone its old and has mildew all around the tub and toilet. The water pressure was soo low that the toilet barely flushes. I honestly dont recommend this property to anyone else.

I understand it is an extended stay but as soon as I arríeles I was told by the front desk lady. That if I needed anything like towel or sheets I would be charged extra, was told I needed to wash the bed sets and towels with my laundry because they won’t change anything until we leave. Honestly felt like there was no type of care about the costumer. No services provided at all

Room was not ready when I got there. He told me to come back in half hour. When I did there was no receptionist and office was locked. Came back an hour later. He said he does not have anyone to sweep room or clean tub right now. I told him I will do it myself.

So so

So much has happened since being here. Fire alarm testing then by Friday there is a fire and the alarm doesn’t go off. Water is shut off but not notified till after. Our smoke detector battery died and the person that was on Tuesday the 11th when Mr D wasn’t there was extremely rude with the person in front of me while waiting for help and with myself. Mr D on the other hand has been helpful no matter what has happened. Our toilet keeps clogging up and that is frustrating but again Mr D has been so helpful as much as he could. The rooms don’t look like photos on the internet.
