Breakfast was nice. Not fancy but it was nice to have several options. Staff super friendly. Our bathroom shower and sink weren’t great. The shower handle was off so we had to put it as far as it would go to get hot water. Pressure could have been better. Sink didn’t drain well but it was fine. Beds and pillows were comfortable. A/C was good. We loved having the extra space.

There is mold on the air vent and dust on the return vent in the room, 120. At night the maintenance people played loud music as they walked down the hallway. It usually stopped around 10pm. Not once while I was eating breakfast did anyone from the staff say good morning or offer to help. I didn't need help but that would have been good hospitality. They seemed to busy talking amongst themselves about going out to eat and other stuff I didn't need to hear. Matthew was nice but likes his phone. Same with most all other staff. I stayed at the Embassy Suites a few weeks prior and had an excellent stay. Wish I have planned better so I could have stayed there again.

Pior hotel que já ficamos. Tudo velho, móveis e eletrodomésticos. A máquina de lavar louça vazava, microondas não girava o prato. Não limpam os quartos todos os dias. Ficaram 3 dias sem limpar o nosso quarto. Chuveiro só tinha água quente, reclamamos e nunca foram resolver. Sofá cama velho, impossível de sentar.
